We want you to love your handmade items and crochet patterns! Because everything we make is crafted by hand, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Handmade Uniqueness
All our crochet products are handmade, which means small variations in color, shape, or texture are normal. These differences make each piece special and one-of-a-kind.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our physical products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The wrong item was sent, or
Your order arrived damaged.
If you experience one of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kaylascrochetcorner@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll do our best to make it right!
3. Refunds for Physical Items
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
4. Digital Items (Crochet Patterns)
All digital downloads — including crochet patterns, guides, or any other downloadable products — are non-refundable.
Once the file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.
If you encounter any issues accessing your file or believe you received the wrong digital item, please contact us and we’ll help you fix the problem as quickly as possible.
5. Cancellations
Orders can not be canceled, so please make sure to look at your order carefully before submitting it.
Digital item orders cannot be canceled once the download link has been sent.
6. Sale or Custom Orders
All sale items and custom-made or personalized products are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless damaged on arrival.
